Alistair Barrigan
Company Director
Alistair started the business in 2015 initially using a lawnmower and tools in the back of his car. Now after a decade the company and team has grown organically (pardon the pun!) to the 6 vans and 15 staff it is today. Alistair is passionate about gardening and more over providing a friendly, professional and efficient service. His positive and can-do attitude keeps everything ticking.
Danny
General Manager
Danny is on hand to ensure your project runs smoothly from the start to finish. With years of experience under his belt he maintains a high standard of work and is a pleasure to have around. He is a well respected and steady hand to his teams.
Jack
Head Gardener
Jack is a fountain of knowledge about gardening whether that be maintenance, planting or general improvements. He can work with clients to meet their expectations and ensure that any project is practical.
Joanne
Head of Admin
Joanne is a stalwart of Barrigan's, ensuring that all administration is efficient and well organised. The first port of call for our clients, the mastermind behind our digital systems and an experienced presence in the office.
Paul
Fleet Manager
Paul keeps the vans on the road by carrying out fortnightly checks and maintenance where necessary. He ensures the team travels safely and that all the first aid kits and fire extinguishers are in the right place.
Richard
Yard Manager
Richard ensures that our work space at the Yard is kept safe and tidy with monthly checks. He works with the other team members to come up with new ideas to make improvements where possible.
Baxter
Branch Manager
Meet Baxter, our beloved office dog and Chief Happiness Officer at Barrigan’s Gardens. With a career spanning countless naps and play sessions, Baxter specialises in boosting team morale and spreading joy wherever he goes. His keen sense of smell ensures no snack goes unnoticed, and his tail-wagging enthusiasm keeps us all motivated.
Baxter takes his role seriously, greeting clients with a wag and ensuring the office atmosphere is always pawsitive. Whether he's overseeing garden projects from his cozy bed or joining team meetings for a belly rub, Baxter's presence is an essential part of our team dynamic.
